Bio: Robyn Bryde, MD is a cardiologist with advanced subspecialty training in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and sports cardiology. She specializes in diagnosing and treating patients with HCM and caring for athletes and active individuals with underlying heart conditions, including arrhythmias and inherited cardiovascular diseases.

Dr. Bryde completed her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Florida, where she served as chief cardiology fellow and assistant professor of medicine. She then pursued the nation's first dedicated advanced fellowship in HCM and sports cardiology at Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey, participating in cutting-edge clinical research and caring for professional and recreational athletes.

An active international volunteer and frequent national and international speaker, Dr. Bryde has published in peer-reviewed journals and holds medical licenses in Idaho, Florida, and New Jersey. A former competitive cyclist and two-time Ironman triathlete, she is excited to grow the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and Sports Cardiology Clinic at St. Luke's in Boise.

Bio: Brian P. Nolan, DO, FACC is a cardiologist specializing in nuclear cardiology, heart failure, and advanced cardiac imaging and catheterization procedures. He performs stress testing and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patients before and after heart transplantation, valuing St. Luke's collaborative, team-based approach to care.

Dr. Nolan serves as medical director of St. Luke's Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiology Research programs. He leads an active clinical research team focused on heart failure, coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, and cardiac arrhythmias, and welcomes discussions about current research opportunities. His career has also included leadership roles as heart and vascular department chair and operational council member.

Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology, Dr. Nolan began his career in physical therapy, shaping his patient-centered approach to care. He is passionate about helping patients feel better and live longer through healthy lifestyle choices, emphasizing whole-food, plant-based nutrition and regular physical activity. An endurance athlete, he has competed in events such as the Boston Marathon and the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. He and his wife have two sons.

Bio: Clint Allred, MD, FACC is a general cardiologist with additional board certification in clinical lipidology. In addition to providing general cardiovascular care, Dr. Allred offers preventive care for atherosclerotic cardiovascular processes with particular interest in management of inherited dyslipidemias. Through shared decision making with his patients, he emphasizes the combination of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies to mitigate risk and achieve both primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular atherosclerotic events. He also works with patients challenged by intolerance to traditional lipid lowering therapies.

After completing his fellowship training, Dr. Allred joined the faculty at the University of Utah where he served as director of the Cardiovascular Medicine Lipid Clinic until he joined St. Luke's Idaho Cardiology Associates.

Bio: Terry Ribbens, MD enjoys all aspects of family medicine and developing long-term relationships as he cares for an entire family. His areas of interest include evidence-based preventive medicine, sports medicine, treatment of allergy and asthma conditions, and minor office procedures such as mole removal, radiofrequency skin surgery, and joint injections. Dr. Ribbens strives to teach his patients about their health at every visit and guide them in the complex and ever-changing world of medicine.

Bio: Trevor Satterfield, MD is passionate about providing high quality medical care to children and adults of all ages. In addition to focusing on the core primary care needs of his patients, he also works with physicians and others within St. Luke's to improve the quality, cost and efficiency of health care.

Originally from Idaho, Dr. Satterfield earned his bachelor's degree from Idaho State University, graduating with honors. He completed his medical degree at the University of Utah and his family medicine residency training at McKay-Dee Hospital in Utah. Today, he supports the next generation of providers by instructing medical students and residents.

In his free time, Dr. Satterfield enjoys spending time with his family, boating, gardening, practicing his faith, and participating in community service and events.

Bio: Norman Litchfield, MD is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist who sees patients on the inpatient consult service and in clinic in Boise and McCall. Prior to joining St. Luke's, Dr. Litchfield served as the Medical Director of the Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at the Boise VA Medical Center. He maintains a faculty appointment with the University of Washington, where he teaches medical students, residents and fellows in the Boise Psychiatry Residency and Addiction Medicine Fellowship.

Bio: Caroline Rolofson, DO takes a holistic whole-body approach to health care, listening to her patients' concerns, presenting options and explaining how each will have risk benefits and alternatives.

Dr. Rolofson's osteopathic background has equipped her with a wide variety of tools to help treat patients, and during her residency she was trained by midwives, MDs, and DOs. She has a background in caring for high-risk pregnancies, and is passionate about women having a high quality of life. She is also trained in minimally invasive surgical approaches to treat gynecologic concerns.

Bio: Jodie Donovan, MD practices adult general internal medicine, providing care for a wide range of conditions including acute care, management of chronic disease, and preventive care. She served as chief resident at the Boise VA Medical Center.

Bio: Jason Bronner, MD provides primary care for adults, including preventive care and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Dr. Bronner enjoys the critical thinking and problem solving that comes with being a primary care provider, and feels that though the world of medicine can be serious and frightening at times, a good sense of humor can sometimes be the best medicine. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
