Donna Cardillo, MA, RN, CSP, FAAN
The Inspiration Nurse
Bio: Donna is known as The Inspiration Nurse. She is a powerhouse of energy, wisdom, and humor who has been referred to as a positive force of nature who lights a path for others to follow. She is the original "Dear Donna" columnist at Nurse.com. Her accomplished career combines over 35 years of clinical, managerial and business experience, not to mention her stint as a professional singer. Donna is author of four books including the award-winning Falling Together: How to Find Balance, Joy, and Meaningful Change When Your Life Seems to be Falling Apart. She is a certified meditation teacher and chair yoga instructor, labyrinth facilitator, Reiki Master, and Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Donna is a life-long Jersey Girl with attitude and chutzpah to spare!

Eren Barker, MS, ATC, CSCS, HC
Program Manager, Employee Well-Being, HR
Bio: Eren is a workplace well-being strategist, speaker, and consultant who helps people and organizations break through stagnation and reimagine what's possible. With over a decade of experience in health promotion, fitness coaching, and organizational well-being, she blends behavioral science, personal development, and practical strategy to help individuals innovate from the inside out.
Eren has designed and led large-scale well-being programs across diverse industries, using data, storytelling, and human-centered design to increase engagement and embed well-being into everyday work. She is known for creating energizing, movement-based programs, like the Midday Move, that help people reconnect to their energy, creativity, and sense of agency. She also equips well-being ambassador networks, empowering employees to influence culture through authentic connection and consistent, meaningful action.
Whether speaking, coaching, or consulting, Eren is known for her relatable storytelling, energizing presence, and science-backed simplicity. She gives leaders and teams actionable tools to elevate their work, expand their influence, and create environments where well-being fuels performance and becomes a daily habit. Eren's mission is to help people get unstuck, rediscover their spark, and elevate their profession by first elevating themselves.

Alicia Young, MSN, MBA, RN
Chief Nursing Officer, St. Luke's Clinics
Bio: Alicia serves as the Ambulatory Chief Nursing Officer for St. Luke's, where she provides executive oversight for more than 300 outpatient clinics and over 1,500 clinical team members across Idaho. With more than 20 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, Alicia's work is rooted in bringing people together, listening deeply to diverse perspectives, and building solutions that are both financially responsible and community centered.
Known for her collaborative and transparent leadership style, Alicia has led complex, system-wide initiatives focused on patient safety, operational excellence, and sustainable workforce models. Whether implementing system-wide standards, collaborating to design community-focused health initiatives, or stewarding high-impact operational budgets, she prioritizes clarity, consistency, and shared accountability, believing that meaningful change starts with understanding the people most impacted by it.
In addition to her executive role, Alicia currently serves as President-Elect of Nurse Leaders of Idaho, a statewide leadership organization dedicated to advancing professional excellence, advocacy, and ethical stewardship within nursing. She is also a nursing professor at Grand Canyon University, where she teaches leadership, legal, ethics, and health policy courses. This academic work further informs her passion for thoughtful dialogue, values-based decision-making, and developing future nurse leaders who are equipped to lead with integrity and resilience.

Lexi Jensen, BSN, RN
Program Manager, New & Emerging Technologies, IHT
Bio: Lexi is a manager on the IHT Strategy and Enablement team at St. Luke's. She specializes in helping teams design with intention—clarifying assumptions, elevating user needs, and fostering empathy throughout the innovation process. Lexi manages the operations of the system's Emerging Technology Lab, a safe, real-world test environment where new technologies can be explored, validated, and optimized to improve the experiences of both patients and the workforce.
Beyond her work at St. Luke's, Lexi is the co-founder of Health Tech Idaho, where she is passionate about building community, connecting innovators, and supporting local entrepreneurs with the resources they need to thrive.
